Mr. Kearns possesses over 20 years of proven management expertise, guiding operations for nationally recognized organizations including T-Mobile USA and Sky Zone. His passion for water started as a little kid from kayaking to boating with his father.

Mrs. Kearns has over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and oversees the day-to-day operations, including onboarding new franchisees and supervising our customer support department.

I founded River Rack to make outdoor recreation more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management, I wanted to create a business that not only delivers a seamless experience for our customers but also provides a scalable and supportive model for franchisees.
At River Rack, we focus on clear communication, strategic testing, and continuous innovation to drive growth and build lasting relationships. Our mission is to bring people closer to the water, create memorable experiences, and empower franchise partners to succeed in a thriving, dynamic industry.
We were looking for a business where it was not labor focused. We are so happy with the outcome we plan on expanding to five locations over the next 2 years.
We love using RiverRack we don’t have the hassle of transporting our kayak and accessories. One simple fee and we get everything we need.
