How Old Do You Have To Be?
All renters must be 18+ years of age to rent from RiverRack.
However your parents can rent and allow minors to operate under supervision
Do you have to sign a waiver?
Yes, all renters must complete a waiver and sign a rental agreement
What If I Lost A Paddle OR Life Jacket?
No problem, but please make sure to enter any missing equipment into the kiosk when returning at the end of your rental. Charges for missing items are as follows:

Can I Rent For More Then One Day?
Yes, your rental is not due back until the end of your rental period. You are welcome to keep it with you or return it to the kiosk at any time during your rental.
When you return your items, the kiosk will ask if you are finished or if you would like to return later.
I am member and would like to cancel
We’re always sad to see you go, but you may cancel anytime after the minimum period of 90 days has been met.
Do I Get Charged If I Don't Show Up?
Yes, unless I take rain day protection plan
What Happens If It Rains?
Unless you take rain day protection your rental is fully charged
What Happens If You Stop Payment On Credit Card?
If you participate in a rental and enter a code to start your rental authorization, it will be considered theft of services. Your account may be referred to the local law enforcement agency for prosecution.
Do groups get a discount?
Yes, we offer 15% discounts to renters of 3 or more kayaks
